Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to join our project team at Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, supervising civil and finishing works, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring timely and quality execution as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor construction activities on site as per the project schedule.
• Supervise civil and finishing works (plaster, tiling, waterproofing, doors/windows, etc.).
• Read and interpret structural, architectural, and services drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the planning/billing team.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at the site.
• Maintain daily site records, reports, and labor deployment logs.
• Assist in material planning and verify quantities received and used.
• Report progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager regularly.
• Handle inspections with clients/consultants as required.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in site execution (especially in residential finishing works).
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and workmanship.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic level), and site documentation.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
