Business Development Executive

We're Hiring – Business Development Associates (Freshers Welcome!)

Are you a dynamic, driven individual ready to kick-start your career in Business Development We're looking for freshers who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (Ideal for those who are comfortable working with international clients)

Location: Gurugram

Role: Business Development (Entry-Level)

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting cold calls to prospective clients
• Running targeted email marketing campaigns
• Generating leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Supporting the sales pipeline and helping the team meet outreach goals

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

Willingness to work in the 1 PM – 11 PM shift

Self-motivated with a growth mindset

Basic understanding of sales tools is a plus (training will be provided!)
