Songdew, India's largest network for independent musicians, is looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-focused individual to join us as our Opportunities & Engagement Lead.

This is a unique role that sits at the crossroads of partnership development, marketing innovation to conceptualise the opportunities which will help artists to promote and monetise their music and in turn will increase engagement on website.

What You'll Do

• Design and drive partnerships with brands, platforms, institutions, and communities to create meaningful opportunities for artists and publish the same on Songdew
• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling narratives, promotional ideas, and engagement plans that drive visibility and participation of artists.
• Work with the product team to improve user journeys and visibility of the opportunities on website.
• Track success metrics and constantly evolve the approach based on insights.

• Has experience in partnerships and brand marketing.
• Can think big, but also roll up sleeves to get things done
• Has excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Is comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Is data-driven and outcome-focused
• Has a natural curiosity and a passion for building communities and thinking out of box.
