Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist with 7+ years of experience to manage HR functions, drive HR initiatives, leverage AI tools, and optimize HR & Admin processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead talent acquisition using AI tools for efficient sourcing and selection.
• Design and manage employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
• Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain updated HR policies.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits management.
• Use AI tools for HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs.
• Optimize HR & Admin processes using automation and technology.
• Manage administrative tasks, including facility, vendor, and security management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as an HR Generalist with strategic HR management.
• Proficiency in HR software, AI tools, and process optimization.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
