CAD 3D Model - Remodeling Specialist

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze existing 3D CAD models and 2D drawings to determine required updates or modifications.
• Remodel components, assemblies, or architectural elements in 3D CAD software based on updated specifications or field data.
• Integrate redline markups, field measurements, or scanned data into updated CAD models.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams to ensure accuracy and manufacturability.
• Maintain model history, naming conventions, and data management standards.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with design standards and tolerances.
  
  

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in 3D CAD modeling and design, particularly in remodeling or revision roles.
• Proficient in one or more CAD platforms such as Microstation , Navisworks , Revit
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
