Food And Beverage Supervisor

At The Fresh Factory, food is more than a menu – it's an experience built on clean eating, mindful living, and exceptional hospitality. We're looking for a driven F&B Executive to oversee daily café operations, ensure impeccable service, and keep our food & beverage offerings running seamlessly.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise daily café and retail operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Lead and motivate the service team to deliver warm, guest-focused hospitality
• Work with the kitchen team to execute seasonal and specialty menus
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years' experience in F&B operations, preferably in premium café or restaurant setups
• Strong knowledge of service standards, food safety, and hygiene protocols
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for clean, quality ingredients and guest experience
