Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer - E&M (IP & OP) located in Noida. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs related to Evaluation and Management (E&M) coding for both Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) settings. The day-to-day tasks will include preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating trainee performance, updating training content as per regulatory changes, and providing ongoing support to ensure coding accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of E&M coding for Inpatient and Outpatient settings
• 5+ Year experience with Current role as QA or related role.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Proficiency in preparing training materials and conducting training sessions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with coding regulations
• Ability to evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Relevant certifications such as CPC, CCS, or equivalent are preferred
