Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate (GSA) located in Jamnagar. The GSA will greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and provide exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that rooms and hotel areas meet Lemon Tree Hotels' high standards. The GSA will address and resolve guest complaints, ensuring a pleasant and seamless stay for all guests.
