Job description

Sales & Business Performance

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and drive store profitability.
  • Analyze sales reports, footfall trends, and conversion rates to identify improvement areas.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional strategies to maximize sales.

Store Operations

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs, store hygiene, and brand guidelines .
  • Manage inventory control , stock levels, shrinkage, and store audits.
  • Ensure timely stock replenishment , order planning, and coordination with warehouse / supply chain teams.
  • Handle cash management , billing accuracy, and daily reconciliation.

    • Customer Experience

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalations promptly.
  • Ensure staff follow the brand’s service standards and customer engagement protocols.
  • Monitor customer feedback and take corrective actions when needed.

    • Team Management

  • Hire, train, and mentor the store team to ensure consistent performance.
  • Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and skill enhancement sessions .
  • Create a positive work environment promoting teamwork and motivation.

    • Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements .
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare daily / weekly / monthly store performance reports.
  • Coordinate with HR, finance, supply chain, and other supporting departments.
