About The Role

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll test and perfect the fintech products that will change the way people around the world pay, bank and invest. This critical role involves establishing compliance processes with your team and implementing a quality maturity roadmap for each IT functional area.

About The Team

Advanced professional role. Highly-skilled with extensive proficiency. Develops large and/or complex solutions that require analysis and research. Works on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert. Works on projects/issues of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments. Coaches and mentors junior technical staff. Works under minimal supervision on complex projects. Wide latitude for independent judgment. Typically requires five or more years demonstrated experience in software testing.

What You'll Own

• Lead QA and automation and manual testing responsibilities across the team.
• Translate high-level business goals into actionable testing strategies.
• Adhere to clean code principles and mentor junior team members.
• Ensure platform reliability in a high-volume, high-availability environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success criteria and deliver quality solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure zero-downtime deployments
  
  

What You Bring

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to define and implement QA best practices.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like JIRA or similar.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure test coverage and quality goals are met.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Monitor and analyze test results, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in Java and experience testing microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured, or similar.
• Familiarity with API testing, Postman, Swagger, and contract testing tools.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
