Senior Data Analyst / Visualizer

Global Finance at ADP is hiring a  Senior Data Analyst / Visualizer  in the Data Management Team. You will be a key member of our Data Analytics and Visualization Pillar, responsible for helping our financial analytics programs fulfill their major transformation journey.

You will be expected to develop operational, project, and business reports, dashboards, and visualizations fed by a variety of systems (both financial and operational). You will be expected to automate the metrics reporting process to the maximum extent possible, and ensure analytics can be consumed through a high-quality, standard UX, enabling a touchless or low-touch journey for the end-user.

You will also be expected to collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into visual solutions. Once the solution is ready, you will also be expected to present data-driven insights to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring that findings are actionable and aligned with organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Interview / meet with project and operational stakeholders to document the insights, actions leading to value they seek from analytics / dashboards, as well as detailed requirements, KPIs, reference data, comparatives, visualization requirements, etc.
• Either alone or in partnership with the Data Leadership team, document the data models needed to support the analytics and dashboards
• Develop analytic models, and work with various technical teams utilizing standard ETL tools to source data to feed models, and then develop standardized reporting, and dashboard visualizations
• Provide and report out on data-driven insights to senior leaders, executive, and both project and operational stakeholders
• Assist in developing visual and UX standards for a consistent user experience across Global Finance dashboards
