Product Manager - Consumer Electronics Domain

Your Will Be's :

- Working closely with Chinese ecosystems/supplier with tight timelines with high focus on results.

- Manage and drive the entire product development process, both internally and externally, ensuring all stakeholder timelines and deliverables are met.

- Achieve product quality and testing standards

- Work closely with sales to understand directives for customer projects, analyze existing item sales and review and collaborate on new product roadmap.

- Vendor management, negotiation for achieving cost-effective purchase of raw materials/semi-finished goods and reduction in delivery time while ensuring high quality.

- Ordering, tracking, and updating warehouse and category team on status and progress for product launches.

- Introduce, track and maintain key functional metrics to measure project management success.

- Ensure high level risk mitigation through analysis of data, supply contracts and agreements and proper risk control strategies

- Balance both tactical execution with strategic initiatives necessary to drive cost reduction

- Preparing and maintaining performance reports ensuring visibility to respective stakeholders.

Skills :

- Strong experience of 5+ years in a product-based organization - Consumer Electronics background will be a plus

- Tier 1 Tier 2 Engineering colleges only (IITs/NITs/IIITs/BITS etc.). MBA preferred.

- Comfortable with understanding technical aspects of a product development and testing process and communicating with engineering teams on decision trade-offs.

- Tenacious and Self-motivated with the ability to ruthlessly drive and achieve business goals.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good at stakeholder management.

- Very good negotiation and query-handling skills. Result oriented and ready to take ownership. Exhibit strong team work qualities.

- Ability to keep calm and perform in a high-pressure business environment
