Natureland Organics is a leading brand in certified organic food products. We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive our sales and distribution in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the Bangalore region.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors / stockists and retail partners across General Trade (GT) and premium channels.
- Strengthen trade relationships and ensure availability & visibility of products in general trade, modern trade, and premium outlets.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, market development initiatives, and in-store activations.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with the management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit norms.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update management regularly.
Requirements :
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field (preferred).3–4 years of proven FMCG sales experience with strong exposure to General Trade (GT); premium / high-end food products experience preferred.Existing network with distributors / retailers in Bangalore & surrounding areas, especially in GT and premium channels.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Kannada and working knowledge of Hindi / English.Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.How to Apply :
