Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned UI / UX Architect to lead the design and user experience strategy for enterprise and consumer-facing applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in user-centered design principles with strong technical acumen to deliver intuitive, visually compelling, and highly functional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and own the UI / UX architecture for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other industry standard tools.
• Establish and enforce design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards. Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions.
• Mentor and guide design teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and innovative approaches.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience : 10+ years in UI / UX design, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.
