Job Title : Faculty Associate
Reports to : Dean of Academics
Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar role
Educational Qualifications : minimum Master's degree in the chosen discipline, with a good academic record, from a reputed Institute / University.
Work Location : Bavdhan, Pune - Maharashtra 411021
Nature of work : Contractual
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist the faculty in preparation of class material, such as .ppt slides, pre-readings, in-class assignments, projects, etc.
- Upload all course material on the institute's LMS and manage the course module.
- Assist students and faculty with resolving LMS-related queries.
- Evaluate students' class participation, including recording attendance, as required by the faculty.
- Assist the faculty with assessments and evaluations.
- Release marks to students post faculty approval and conduct review sessions.
- Act as a liaison between the students and the faculty, as well as between the other departments, for all course-related queries and communication.
- Assist the Office of Academics in conducting course feedback at the end of the course.
- Conduct informal tutorials / remedial sessions / meetings with students.
- Design and deliver discussion sessions, seminars, and workshops.
