Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Own and deliver revenue targets for India & SE Asia originated business.
- Drive new client acquisition across staffing firms, GSIs, and enterprise clients. Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makers to position PamGro as a trusted partner.
2. GTM & Pipeline Leadership
Establish an SDR and inside sales motion to drive outbound prospecting and lead qualification.Define sales playbooks, cadences, and metrics for pipeline creation and conversion.Ensure consistent opportunity tracking and CRM discipline for accurate forecasting and performance management.3. Strategic Collaboration
Work closely with the Global Head of Sales (London) to align Regional GTM with global strategy and client programs.Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional leaders in operations, compliance, and finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.Contribute to pricing, proposal structures, and global account plans for key clients.4. Market Development & Partnerships
