Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with over 6 years of experience, specializing in Power BI and PostgreSQL. You will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable insights, designing robust data models, and building impactful dashboards. This role requires advanced SQL skills, proficiency in Power BI (including DAX and performance tuning), and a strong understanding of data modeling principles to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports that visualize key business metrics and trends.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries and develop stored procedures in PostgreSQL to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
• Perform complex data modeling within Power BI, creating star schemas, defining relationships, and ensuring data integrity for analytical purposes.
• Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) extensively to create complex calculations, measures, and calculated columns for advanced reporting.
• Conduct performance tuning of Power BI reports and underlying SQL queries to ensure optimal loading times and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical specifications and data solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports and dashboards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on data analysis and Power BI best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of Power BI, PostgreSQL, and data analytics trends.
