Role responsiblities-
- Taking charge of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts to ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with legal counsel and external parties as necessary to facilitate seamless contract processes.
- Implement necessary adjustments in organization to guarantee compliance via remaining abreast of all amendments and updates to the Companies Act
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any regulatory concerns promptly and effectively, fostering strong communication channels to ensure regulatory compliance company-wide.
- Provide expert legal and strategic advice on new business projects, meticulously identifying potential legal and regulatory risks.
- Undertake additional projects and assignments as required, collaborating seamlessly with different departments to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational goals
