Athena Advisors, our consulting arm, provides specialized services in the areas of Mortgage Finance, Credit Information and Risk to Banks, HFCs, NBFCs, MFIs, and Credit Bureaus.
We are looking for an “Secretary - Founder’s Office” who will contribute to the growth journey of this initiative.
Key responsibilities :
Administration / HR Support :
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and travel schedules.
Handle e-mails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of founders.
Scheduling and coordination :
Schedule internal and external meetings, follow-ups and reminders.
Communication and Liaison :
Act as first point of contact (POC) for key stakeholders and clients.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clarity in communications on behalf of founders.
Confidentiality and Discretion :
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all aspects of work.
Handle sensitive information with utmost integrity and judgment.
Qualifications
Experience : Fresher or 6 months - 1 year of experience in relevant area.
Expected CTC : 3 to 3.5 L PA
