Experience : 5–8 years (as a Java Backend Engineer)

Location : Remote (India)

CTC : ₹10–20 LPA

Notice Period : ≤ 30 days

Role Overview

We are hiring Senior Backend Engineers to build scalable, high-performance backend systems for an AI-native enterprise platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop backend services using Java & Spring Boot
Build event-driven systems using Kafka
Develop RESTful and asynchronous APIs
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of services
Collaborate with frontend, AI, and DevOps teams

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot

Experience with Kafka / messaging systems

Microservices architecture experience

Strong SQL / NoSQL database knowledge

Good to Have

Experience with distributed systems

Cloud-native application development
