Engineering Transformation Specialist

The objective of the Operations Transformation team is to deliver key Transformation Projects across Engineering & Maintenance and the Operations Division to meet our long-term operational and financial goals while supporting the business in the identification, prioritisation, and delivery of long-term projects.

Reporting to the Head of Fleet Planning & Optimisation, the  Engineering Transformation & Strategy Specialist  role will support the delivery of Transformation and Strategy best practices. The successful candidate will actively engage with Engineering & Maintenance and Operations stakeholders to lead, drive, and support operational strategic improvements and business transformation.

In addition, you will :

• Build foundational data sets analysis and relationships with the analytical community across E&M, Operations, and the company, becoming the go-to specialist in specific systems and data sets.
• Benefits valuation of initiatives either working directly with the business units or supporting project managers and subject matter experts
• Regular financial reporting of transformation progress
• Modelling data and business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
• Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.
