Job Title : Management Trainee – HR & Social Media Marketing

About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Management Trainee who is eager to learn and grow in both Human Resources and Social Media Marketing functions. This role is designed to provide cross-functional exposure, helping the trainee understand how HR operations and brand communication work hand in hand in a professional setup.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Resources Exposure :
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Support in maintaining HR records, attendance, and employee engagement activities.
- Participate in HR policy communication, training coordination, and performance management activities.
- Help draft HR communications and coordinate with various teams for HR initiatives and internal events.
- Be an active part of Strategy formulation and policy & procedure making.
Social Media Marketing Exposure :
Assist in managing the company’s and Instagram pages.Create, schedule, and monitor posts to enhance brand presence and engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to generate relevant content ideas.Track analytics and prepare performance reports for social media campaigns.Research trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to improve brand visibility.Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, HR, Marketing, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Creative mindset with good writing and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva or other content creation tools is a plus.Eagerness to learn and contribute to both HR and Marketing functions.What We Offer :
