Management Trainee – Investor Onboarding & Startup Execution

Venture Crafters is a new-age  acceleration studio  connecting founders and investors across the GCC and India.

We help early-stage startups go from  idea to investment  through structured programs, hands-on execution, and curated investor connects.

Role Overview

We’re hiring  Management Trainees  to join our core execution team.

You’ll work across verticals —  Investor Onboarding, Startup Execution, and Investor Management  — directly supporting founders, investors, and our internal ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage investors on our investment platform
• Work directly with portfolio startups to support execution and fundraising
• Manage investor communication, reporting, and engagement
• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and performance reports (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency required)
• Conduct basic research on markets, investors, and startups
• Collaborate with the internal Venture Crafters team to ensure smooth startup operations
• Contribute ideas to improve founder–investor experience and platform efficiency
