MAWM Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Manhattan Active WM (MAWM) in production and non-production environments.
• Design, configure, and customize labels (shipping labels, carton labels, pallet labels, compliance labels, etc.) using MAWM label design tools and third-party label management systems (e.g., Loftware, NiceLabel, Bartender).
• Troubleshoot and resolve label printing issues across multiple sites and printer models (Zebra, Honeywell, etc.).
• Work with business teams to gather requirements for new label formats and implement them in MAWM.
• Support daily warehouse operations – inbound, outbound, inventory, RF transactions, and reporting.
• Manage integrations between MAWM and print servers (Loftware / NiceLabel / Bartender).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ERP, TMS, automation, IT infrastructure) to resolve issues.
• Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and change requests related to MAWM and labeling.
• Document support activities, create SOPs, and provide training for warehouse teams.
