Role : Product- Quality Head

Experience : 10+ years

Work Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a testing strategy to ensure our products are defect-free, using automated testing tools to improve efficiency.
• Lead the Quality Control and Testing teams, ensuring products meet high standards of performance and reliability before release.
• Set up and maintain quality assurance processes, following best practices, to ensure consistent product quality and performance.
• Work closely with product development and customer experience teams to address quality issues and continuously improve products.
• Ensure the team understands the products thoroughly to validate their functionality and features during the release process.
• Analyze quality metrics and customer feedback to improve processes. Present reports and suggestions to management for product improvements.
• Ensure all software releases meet quality standards and proper documentation requirements.
• Maintain the company s compliance with key certifications such as ISO and SOC reports. Coordinate audits with internal and external teams.
