A Law Firm having specialization in Commercio- Legal Contract Drafting and Techno- legal Domain; our law firm has a vintage of 5+ years being one of the niche law firms providing end to end advisory in Data protection and compliances (domestic DPDPA as well as global like GDPR etc). Our Litigation arm expands to cover matters at High Court of Gujarat and Consumer Courts. Currently, Salot and Shah Associates have a team of 15+ members and are present at Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar and Rajkot in Gujarat.

We are currently seeking candidates for the role of assessment interns and / or legal associates in our firm for candidates seeking an opportunity to work with the corporate law firm with an objective of long term association.

Job Position : Legal Associate. Hiring Immediately

Job Location : Ahmedabad

Experience : 1-2 year

Job Description :

1) Provide legal advice and support to the company on a range of legal matters, including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.

2) Conduct legal research and analysis to identify and evaluate legal risks and opportunities for the company.

3) Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures.

4) Work closely with clients to ensure compliance with all relevant legal and contractual requirements to minimize risk exposure for the company.

5) Review contractual arrangements, conduct risk assessment for such arrangements and support project and various concerns teams in addressing and mitigating risks that may arise.

6) Support in contract negotiation and drafting contractual letters

7) Supporting external legal counsel in managing legal disputes, including legal proceedings, concerning the company.

8) Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide guidance to the company on any necessary changes to policies and procedures.

Requirements :

1) Bachelor's degree in Law

2) Strong knowledge of commercial law and contract law.

3) Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

4) The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.

5) Excellent skills in reviewing and drafting contracts and other legal documents.
