Investment Analyst / Associate – Private Credit & Growth Debt

We’re looking for an Investment Analyst / Associate to support our senior investment team across origination, evaluation, execution, syndication, and portfolio monitoring. The role offers full-cycle exposure to venture debt and private credit transactions across diverse sectors.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate & Execute Deals : Prepare investment memos, conduct financial and business due diligence, support underwriting, structuring, and end-to-end transaction execution.
  • Origination Support : Perform market / sector research, track borrower / sponsor activity, and assist in managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Portfolio Monitoring : Analyse portfolio performance, track covenants, prepare reviews and dashboards, and flag early warning indicators.
  • Internal Collaboration : Work with legal, risk, and operations teams; support fund reporting, investor updates, and portfolio reviews.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in investment management, credit analysis, banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with familiarity in financial statements and credit underwriting.
  • Proficiency in Excel; exposure to modelling / valuation is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and comfortable working in lean teams.
