Process Quality - Shift Incharge

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Quality - Shift Incharge to join our dynamic team at Sansera Engineering.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes during their designated shift, ensuring that all production activities meet the established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the quality control processes during the assigned shift to ensure adherence to product specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments of production processes and outputs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality-related issues and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics, generating reports to track performance, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
• Train and mentor team members on quality assurance procedures, practices, and tools, fostering a culture of quality awareness.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination and compliance with quality standards.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems and documentation as per ISO and other relevant standards.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to minimize defects and enhance product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations within the workplace.
