Persistent Systems - Appian Architect

What You'll Do :

• As an Appian Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using Appian.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide the development team, and ensure delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Lead the development and configuration of Appian applications including forms, reports, and interface components
• Guide systems integration efforts and ensure seamless connectivity with external systems
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and workflows
• Work closely with users to gather, refine, and validate requirements
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Develop and maintain Appian plugins, smart services, and reusable components
• Implement and optimize UI components and Connect You'll Bring :
• Were looking for a hands-on Appian expert with leadership capabilities and a strong understanding of enterprise application development.
• 12+ years of recent experience as an Appian Developer
• 7+ years of experience in configuring, debugging, and integrating systems
• Experience with Appian forms, reports, logic, and interface components
• 5+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience developing Appian Plugins, Smart Services, and Connect Systems
