Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the product's technological development
  • Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
  • Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments
  • Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
  • Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
  • Strong people management skills. Willingness and ability to support people's career development and act as a coach and mentor for team members

Requirements :

  • Exceptional project management and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Front End Technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS / ReactJS / VueJS
  • Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Nginx, and Linux stack
  • Experienced in optimizing architecture and systems for scale
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Experienced in NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis
  • Accustomed to latest client-side and server-side technologies
  • Experience in a startup environment will be a plus
  • Support the platform services in production, including out of hours
  • Experience setting up / maintaining servers in a cloud environment
  • An awareness of security measures
