About the Role :

We are looking for a Product Analyst / Senior Product Analyst who can combine sharp analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and a deep product sense to drive insights that shape product strategy and execution. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities, measure impact, and build data-driven narratives that influence product decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Analytics & Insights

• Analyse large and complex datasets (user behaviour, funnel metrics, transactions, cohorts) to uncover actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports to track product health, growth funnels, and engagement trends.
• Conduct deep dives into problem areas (e.G., drop-offs, churn, seat guarantee fulfilment) to identify root causes and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Analytical Expertise :

experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).

familiarity with Python / R for advanced analysis is a plus.

Product & Business Acumen :

ability to challenge assumptions with data while building trust.
