Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Cyber Security Freelancer Trainer. The Cyber Security Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing course materials, delivering hands-on labs, and providing mentorship to students. The trainer will also stay updated with industry trends and ensure that the training provided is relevant and up-to-date. Additionally, the role involves evaluating student performance and offering constructive feedback.

Qualifications

Expertise in Application Security, Information Security, and Cybersecurity skills
Knowledge of Network Security and Malware Analysis
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in developing and delivering course materials
Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

Monitor and analyze security incidents and system alerts.

Implement and review security controls and best practices.

Support in developing and maintaining cyber security policies and documentation.

Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1–3 years of experience in Cyber Security or Information Security.

Knowledge of firewalls, SIEM tools, and endpoint protection.

Familiarity with ethical hacking, network security, and risk assessment.

Strong understanding of Windows / Linux systems and cloud platforms.

Certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+, or SOC Analyst (L1 / L2) preferred.

Type : Freelance / Part-Time (Offline work only – Dhankwadi ,Pune)

Duration : 4 to 6 months

Compensation : Based on experience and project scope
