Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and build long-term relationships with U.S. clients. The role requires strong communication, consultative sales skills, and the ability to identify opportunities where Citadel’s virtual workforce solutions can add value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, primarily in the U.S. market.
- Conduct consultative discussions with prospects to understand business needs and propose tailored staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly business development targets.
- Stay updated on outsourcing trends, competitor offerings, and client requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in outsourcing, staffing, or IT services).Prior experience working with U.S. clients is strongly preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach.Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.Familiarity with CRMs, proposal tools, and communication platforms.Positive attitude, proactive approach, and target-driven mindset.
