Job Description
1. Drive business growth in the steel and power sector by leveraging technical and sales expertise. 2. Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for water treatment applications. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior plant management and decision-makers. 4. Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve sales and service excellence. 5. Ensure preparation of competitive technical and commercial offers aligned with customer needs. 6. Conduct monthly technical reviews with HODs to ensure performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. 7. Deliver impactful presentations and technical discussions to management teams in steel plants. 8. Monitor industry trends and proactively identify new business opportunities.
Education Qualifications
Behavioural Profile
1. Experience in integrated steel plants and power plants. 2. Strong technical knowledge of Steel Melting Shop (SMS), Blast Furnace operations, and water treatment applications. 3. Proven track record of working with large steel industries in India. 4. Expertise in sales negotiations, customer follow-ups, and preparation of technical offers / proposals. 5. Ability to lead and manage a large technical and sales team within the steel industry. 6. Hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting of water treatment applications in steel plants. 7. In-depth knowledge of water treatment chemicals and their applications in steel and power plants. 8. Must possess an enthusiastic, result-oriented sales attitude with strong customer engagement skills. 9. Excellent presentation skills for interacting with senior management and HOD.
