Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to work Onsite from Ahmedabad office and lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to translate business requirements into flexible and sustainable Salesforce architecture. The ideal candidate has deep experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds, strong integration expertise, and a consultative mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and / or Marketing Cloud.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, security practices, and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and technical standards.
• Create and maintain technical design documentation including data models, integration diagrams, and system architecture.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce best practices, capabilities, and platform limitations.
• Guide and mentor Salesforce developers and admins; conduct code and design reviews.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and ecosystem tools to proactively recommend enhancements.
