Job descriptionPerform a range of complex technical work activities in Linux environment to meet business and customer requirements. Incident and change management. 3rd level incident and task support. Lead advanced troubleshooting and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) efforts to resolve issues efficiently ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality service delivery. Creating CSISIPrunbookconfluence. Manage and optimize configurations within Linux environment with VMphysical servers hostedin DClinux servers in AWS environment including user administrationdisk managementrepo managementpackage managemetpatch managentpuppetgitnetworking etc. Needs to manage almost all flavours of linux like oracle linuxubunturedhatsuseredhat. Configure and maintaining linux servers like webservers(Apchenginx)databases(opracle)email servers (postfix)etc. Server Inventory management. BAU supportserver builddecommission. BMC ticket managementIcinga monitoringpatch management and server build via tools. Installtionreinstallationmaintain of linux servers in the environment. Develop implement and manage complex scripts using bashpython scripting for automation reporting and process efficiency. Escalate and communicate issues in line with company processes to meet business and customer needs and provide high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders. Proactively keep skills updated with industry standards and emerging technologies to drive innovation in endpoint management. Provide technical mentorship drive team improvement initiatives and take on special projects as assigned to ensure operational excellence.
