Greatwings Travels specializes in offering various packages, including cruise tours, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), leisure trips, school / college trips, budget trips, corporate events, honeymoon trips, and solo travel for both international and domestic destinations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kumbakonam,Tamil Nadu, India for a Reservations Agent at Greatwings Travels. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for managing reservations (Air ticketing & Train Ticketing), providing customer service, handling phone calls and communication.Training will be given.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Reservations is a plus
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of travel industry software is a plus
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Fluency in english
