Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and walk-ins with warmth and professionalism
- Manage front-desk operations, including handling inquiries, appointments, and client registrations
- Coordinate with sales, CRM, and admin teams to arrange meetings, property visits, and client service requests
- Maintain and update visitor logs, client records, and CRM systems accurately
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback with a solution-oriented and courteous approach
- Support sales and CRM teams during client walkthroughs, events, and presentations
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and reflective of the brand's ambience
- Represent the company's image and values positively at all client-facing touchpoints
