Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and walk-ins with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage front-desk operations, including handling inquiries, appointments, and client registrations
  • Coordinate with sales, CRM, and admin teams to arrange meetings, property visits, and client service requests
  • Maintain and update visitor logs, client records, and CRM systems accurately
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback with a solution-oriented and courteous approach
  • Support sales and CRM teams during client walkthroughs, events, and presentations
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and reflective of the brand's ambience
  • Represent the company's image and values positively at all client-facing touchpoints

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Polite, confident, and presentable in customer-facing interactions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
  • Strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and regional languages preferred
