We're seeking a skilled Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top freelance talent for various roles across industries.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Talent Sourcing : Utilize multiple platforms to find candidates, and proactively reach out to passive candidates to build relationships and pipelines.
• Candidate Screening & Interviews : Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, conduct phone or video screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, and evaluate and present a shortlist of candidates to hiring managers.
• Client Communication : Collaborate with the hiring team to understand client needs and project requirements, provide regular updates on recruitment efforts, and assist clients in defining job descriptions and requirements.
• Contract Management : Facilitate contract negotiations between clients and freelancers, ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal and payment terms.
• Market Research & Strategy : Stay up-to-date with gig economy trends and freelance market insights, advise clients on competitive compensation packages and talent trends.
