Job Description / Key Responsibilities :
- . Collaborate with production, supply chain, quality, planning etc. cross functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- . Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- . IT project management with waterfall / agile methodologies.
- . Understanding of SDLC
- . Deal with software vendors and getting system developed.
- . Support the implementation and integration of enterprise systems like SAP, ERP-LN, or other legacy systems.
- . Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.
- . Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, downtime, and quality.
- . Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
- . Ensure data integrity and compliance with IT and cybersecurity standards.
- . Wireframing and prototyping using various tools to get clear UI / UX experience.
Qualifications and Preferences :
. Bachelor's degree in IT / CE / Industrial Engineering / Production or related field.. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in corporate environment.. Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems (e.g., ERP, MES, WMS / Quality systems etc.).. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI. Python, DevOps etc.. Good at analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.. Ability to work cross-functionally and managing multiple tasks / projects.. Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.. Experience with Industry 4.0 / 5.0 technologies (IoT, predictive maintenance, digital twins / RPA / AI-ML etc.).. Knowledge Of IT infrastructure and IT security.Skills Required
