Job description
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and project consultants.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
  • Understand client needs related to ceramics, mosaics, grouts, adhesives, waterproofing, and other construction chemicals.
  • Maintain and update CRM software with customer data, interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Analyze customer buying patterns to suggest relevant products and solutions.
  • Conduct regular site visits, product presentations, and technical support sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create customer engagement campaigns and product promotions.
  • Track customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements in service delivery.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to help shape customer retention strategies.
