Job descriptionUse Grafana and Dynatrace for runtime profiling, system monitoring, and identifying performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, or resource utilization issues. Participate in architecture and code reviews to understand application design and identify potential performance risks early in the development lifecycle. Implement and maintain Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks using Cucumber / Gherkin to define and execute automated test scenarios (nice to have). Identify and document comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) performance test scenarios, ensuring coverage of all critical workflows and edge cases. Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to define performance KPIs, interpret test results, and recommend improvements. Contribute to the evolution of automation frameworks, integrate performance testing into CI / CD pipelines, and continuously improve test coverage. Participate in agile ceremonies, provide timely feedback, and maintain transparency regarding test results and performance health. Hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter (mandatory). Exposure to Grafana and Dynatrace for system monitoring and performance diagnostics (preferred). Testing Fundamentals : Strong understanding of testing concepts - including functional, regression, and non-functional / performance testing. Analytical & Debugging Skills : Ability to identify edge cases, analyze performance metrics, and debug complex issues across distributed systems. Collaboration & Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Mindset : Proactive, analytical, and eager to learn new tools, frameworks, and performance testing methodologies. Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Gherkin). Exposure to DevOps tools and integrating performance testing within CI / CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and performance testing of cloud-native applications. Knowledge of APM tools (New Relic, AppDynamics) for deeper performance analysis. Work on next-generation, high-performance software products with global impact. Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance and load testing, a solid programming background (preferably in Java), and hands-on experience with tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our applications meet high standards of performance, scalability, and reliability by designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests. This role involves close collaboration with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to proactively identify bottlenecks and drive performance improvements across products.
