Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Facility Support

• Lead the facility management professionals, including technicians, operation, HSE staff, fostering high performance culture
• Overseeing day-to-day operations including cafeteria, transportation, stationery, seat management.
• Managing maintenance schedule & ensuring functionality & safety of building systems like HVAC, Electrical, solar panels, plumbing, fire safety)
• Planning, executing, and closing facility-related projects (factory re-layout, installation of solar panels, change in transport vendor, cafeteria vendor,) within budget & timeline
• Optimizing space utilization, managing office movements & reconfigurations, ensuring compliance with space standards
• Controlling costs & identifying cost savings opportunities, processing invoices & managing on-time vendor payments.
• Cafeteria services : Support with onboarding new vendor, preparing SOW, KPIs, feedback mechanism, food book app.
• Part of cultural committee that supports in employee engagement activities Pan India, managing this budget
• Induction for new joinee's on Travel, cab hire and Facilities & Admin support.
• Support with various audits : Travel, cafeteria, transportation, HSE.
