Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps R12 professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in implementing and supporting Oracle Applications R12, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Applications R12 modules as per business requirements.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing Oracle R12 applications.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop technical specifications and conduct design reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle R12 applications.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
Skills and Qualifications
5-12 years of experience working with Oracle Applications R12.Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, or Human Resources.Experience in Oracle Application implementation, upgrades, and support.Proficient in SQL and PL / SQL for Oracle database management.Familiarity with Oracle Workflow and forms customization.Understanding of business processes and how they integrate with Oracle Applications.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Skills Required
