The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inventory management supply chain coordination vendor management and operational efficiency.

Required Skills :
Oversee and manage day-to-day F&B operations ensuring efficiency and productivity. Handle inventory control stock planning and material procurement to minimize wastage and shortages. Develop and implement operational policies SOPs and quality standards. Coordinate with the production sales and procurement teams to align business goals. Manage vendor relationships negotiate contracts and ensure timely deliveries. Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for management. Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and regulatory standards. Monitor budgets control costs and identify areas for improvement.
Required Education :
Bachelors degree or MBA in Operations Supply Chain or related field (preferred).
