Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gorakhpur for an FB Controller at Radisson Blu Gorakhpur. The FB Controller will be responsible for managing and controlling all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations. This includes overseeing the financial performance, inventory control, cost control, and budgeting. The role also requires ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of service, and coordinating with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Food and Beverage management and control
• Strong understanding of financial performance, inventory control, cost control, and budgeting
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in upscale or luxury hotel environments is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
