Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering results on time.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
Facilitate meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project status and changes.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

12-15 years of experience in technical program management or a related field.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Proven experience in risk management and problem-solving.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
