Job Description : About the Role :

As a Software Development Manager, you will lead a cross-functional engineering team

focused on building secure, scalable, and high-performing systems that power enterprise

backend platforms for finance, credit, collections, and document management. This role

combines technical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with product, architecture, and platform teams to deliver enterprise-scale

systems aligned with data, AI, and security goals. Your leadership will shape culture,

architecture, and team success.

• Lead and grow a team of 10–14 backend engineers and site reliability engineers
• Define team goals, ensure performance, and provide mentorship and career guidance
