Job Summary :
The GM- Fleet Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the fleet sales division, driving sales growth, and expanding the company s fleet customer base. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and overseeing the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development :
- Develop and implement a fleet sales strategy to drive growth and market share.
- Identify potential fleet clients, including corporations, government agencies, leasing companies...
- Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate and institutional clients.Negotiate fleet sales agreements, contracts, and pricing structures.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.3. Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management :
Lead and mentor the fleet sales team, providing training and performance management.Conduct regular sales meetings - ensuring targets are met and provide reports on sales performance and forecasts.4. Coordination & Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with marketing / finance and After- Sales team ensuring promotional campaigns ,smooth order processing, invoicing, and delivery and excellent post-sales support and service.5. Reporting & Compliance :
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
