About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Blockchain Developer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying

Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchains , building

smart contracts , and creating

blockchain-based solutions

for real-world use cases. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and research teams to architect secure, scalable, and innovative blockchain systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement

Layer 1 blockchain protocols

and consensus mechanisms.

Build and optimize

Layer 2 scaling solutions

(e.g., rollups, sidechains, state channels).

Develop, test, and deploy

smart contracts

across different blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, etc.).

Create

blockchain-based applications and solutions

aligned with business needs.

Ensure security, scalability, and performance of blockchain infrastructure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems.

Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Requirements

Proven experience in

blockchain protocol development

(Layer 1 and / or Layer 2).

Strong knowledge of

cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems .

Proficiency in programming languages such as

Solidity, Rust, Go, or C++ .

Hands-on experience with

smart contract development and deployment .

Familiarity with tools like

Hardhat, Truffle, Remix, Ganache, Web3.js, or Ethers.js .

Experience with

DeFi, NFTs, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)

is a plus.

Solid understanding of

security best practices

in blockchain development.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience contributing to

open-source blockchain projects .

Understanding of

zero-knowledge proofs, cryptographic primitives, and cross-chain protocols .

Previous work on

production-grade blockchain solutions .
